On September 25–26 2025, partners of the Academies4Ukraine project gathered at Riga Technical University (RTU) for two days of intensive work, exchange, and planning. The meeting combined collaborative sessions, presentations, and cultural activities, strengthening both the project’s progress and the partnership among institutions. The first day began with a warm welcome at RTU, followed by a focused morning session dedicated to advancing the Manual for Implementing a University Psychological Help Service for Students. Partners worked in two blocks to refine the first and second sections of this important resource, ensuring it will serve as a practical guide for universities supporting students’ mental health and well-being. The afternoon returned to project work, featuring two key presentations: Helsinki University introduced the final version of the Digital Handbook, and i-strategies led a discussion on the dissemination strategy for project results. These sessions emphasized the project’s dual focus on high-quality content and effective outreach. Day two concentrated on project management and future planning. Following this, i-strategies facilitated discussions on the final meeting venue and project follow-up, marking an important step toward the project’s concluding phase. Overall, the Riga meeting successfully blended practical collaboration with cultural exchange. By combining hands-on work on key outputs—such as the manual and handbook—with strategic planning and community-building, the consortium reaffirmed its shared commitment to supporting Ukrainian students across Europe. Riga’s welcoming setting and RTU’s hospitality provided the perfect backdrop for progress, reflection, and renewed partnership.
